Investors who have used the AI research platform he started building at 14.

Nick Dobroshinsky was in eighth grade when he decided the expensive research tools Wall Street analysts use should not be locked away from ordinary investors. He was 14. He also could not really code. Most kids would have stopped there.

He built it anyway. Dobroshinsky launched a financial research platform, now called EveryTicker and originally BeyondSPX, in July 2024 by writing roughly 10 lines of code himself and using AI models, including Anthropic's Claude, to design and build the rest. The platform pulls together quantitative data and AI analysis, generates long research summaries, runs semantic stock searches, and maps supply chains, the kind of work that usually costs a subscription most people cannot justify.

It scaled. Now 16, Dobroshinsky still runs the whole thing solo, with no employees and no outside funding, and the platform has reached more than 250,000 investors. He grew it largely by meeting people where they already argue about stocks, seeding the tool into online investing communities.

"He could not really code, so he had AI build the thing and shipped it anyway."

The old excuse was I do not know how to build it. Dobroshinsky treated that as a tooling problem, not a wall. He knew exactly what he wanted to exist, used the AI to make it real, and put it in front of people. That is what building looks like now, and a teenager is showing the rest of us how.

This is the near-future path ANF keeps documenting. The barrier is no longer whether you can code. It is whether you know what to build and will actually ship it.

He wrote 10 lines. The idea and the follow-through were the other 99 percent.
