Who are you, and what are you building?
"My name is Javontae Anderson. I'm a young entrepreneur from Metro Detroit. Right now I'm working as a licensed real estate agent while also running my videography and marketing company, BugINC. I help real estate agents create content that actually converts, and I'm using everything I learn in one lane to get better in the other."
What was the moment you decided to go for it?
"It wasn't one moment. It was an accumulation of hard work and skills finally meeting opportunity. That's the part nobody posts about. You put in time, you build the skill set, and then one day the right door opens and you're actually ready to walk through it."

What does Detroit mean to your work?
"When I look at Metro Detroit, I see Ford. Something that didn't seem all that impressive at first glance, becoming much, much more over time. That's how I move. This city rewards people who keep building even when nobody's watching."
What do you want people to understand about the work?
"Every day is a breakthrough day. Anything you see online that looks like overnight success has many, many nights behind it. That's not a warning. That's a promise. If you keep going, something will break through."

What does the near future look like for you?
"Letting God order my steps while continuing to build BugINC and deliver real value to buyers, sellers, and clients. The near future is looking like exactly what the name says."
